3. Equipment performance and structure
1. This machine is CNC crimping, semi-automatic stripping and cutting. Each module works independently.
2. The crimping station adopts a special hexagonal crimping die, cooperates with the numerical control limit device, and selects the crimping position of cables of different specifications on the control screen. The wires of 10-120mm2 can be crimped, and the pressure regulating device is attached. , the hydraulic pressure can be adjusted according to the size of the cable, so as to protect the mold.
4. Working principle
The crimping station adopts the linkage sliding 6-side pressing device, cooperates with the wire-pulling encoder, PLC controls the stroke, and crimps various specifications of copper noses. The stripping station adopts three cylinders of pressing, cutting and pulling and stripping, and the time control three cylinders cooperate with each other to complete the stripping action. The cutting station adopts a single cylinder to drive the blade, and the cable cutting has a simple structure and is not easy to be damaged.
