SKX3 CNC milling busbar processing machine is a special busbar processing equipment independently developed by our factory. The equipment is two servo motors drive the screw assembly to drive the table plate to move, and the frequency conversion motor drives the spindle to rotate to complete the milling action of the milling cutter.

2. Equipment performance
This machine is a CNC milling machine, which can complete the corner wrapping processing of various specifications of copper and aluminum busbars.
The milling station controls the movement track of the busbar through the double-layer servo assembly, and drives the milling spindle through the frequency conversion motor to complete the busbar milling.
The milling cutter uses specially customized forming milling cutters for busbars of different thicknesses. While completing the chamfering of the busbar, the end face of the busbar is processed into an arc end face.
The CNC system is simple and convenient, only need to input the busbar width, fillet radius, and processing speed, three parameters to complete the busbar milling work
The equipment processes the end face of the busbar into an arc, and processes the sharp corners that may exist on the end face of the busbar. It solves the problem of discharge at the tip of the busbar, and is an ideal equipment for busbar processing in the high electrical industry.
