SDYJ40C automatic CNC turret type bus processing equipment is a high-efficiency, high-precision, high-automatic busbar punching and shearing equipment independently developed by Kunming Kunkai Special CNC Equipment Company. structure, safe and reliable.
The equipment consists of automatic punching and shearing station, side positioning device, manipulator pulling device, flap unloading assembly, feeding table, receiving table, hydraulic workstation, pneumatic control system and console and other components.
Automatic punching and shearing station The turntable mold base has 8 mold positions, including 1 cutting station, 1 embossing station, and punching station (can be installed with a waist hole die, a round hole die or a special die), and the installation is different. The molds of different specifications can complete punching, shearing, embossing and other processing processes at the same time.

The shearing die is a blanking structure, the effective size is 35X10mm, and the busbar with a width greater than 30 mm is cut in stages. The shearing die can be used for end cutting and busbar cut-to-length.
The size of the embossing die is 160X42mm, the width direction is formed at one time, and the length direction is divided into 42mm units. At the same time, the system will automatically select the system pressure according to the busbar width and material.
The equipment is randomly equipped with 4 sets of round hole punches with specifications of Φ9, Φ11, Φ13 and Φ17; 4 sets of waist hole punches with specifications of 9X14, 11X16, 13X18 and 17X22 can be installed on the turntable at the same time, and waist holes or round holes can be installed in all positions. Hole punching dies can be replaced according to production requirements and habits.
