In addition to having all the functions of the hydraulic busbar fillet processing machine, by changing the mold, the copper and aluminum busbars can be punched, cut, embossed (pressed pits), etc., realizing a multi-purpose machine.
01. Rounded corner function of bus bar:
With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the requirements for the processing of switch cabinets and busbars are getting higher and higher. The commonly used processing methods have sharp angles after cutting the busbars, and the phenomenon of tip discharge is prone to occur when the switch cabinet is working with high voltage, which affects the switch cabinet. normal use. Using this machined busbar will greatly reduce the occurrence of such phenomena.
This machine adopts the structure of the main machine and the mold. By changing different molds, the copper (aluminum) busbar with a width of 30 mm to 125 mm can be rounded. When the busbar is cut and blanked, the end face fillet is formed at the same time. .
When replacing molds, it must be noted that this machine is a multi-station processing machine, and different molds should be installed in corresponding positions. This machine has punching function. By changing the die, it can perform four-hole punching processing for bus bars with a width of 60-120 mm. The punching die is provided with two die positions on the machine, and the punching die positioning block can be changed and assembled, and the 80-125 specification angle wrapping die can be installed.

This machine has the function of shearing. The shearing die configured in this machine can shear copper and aluminum busbars with a width of 160x12mm, and has the characteristics of a wide range of shearing. When installing the shearing die, it only needs to be connected to the limit block laterally by means of screws.
04. Embossing (embossing) function of busbar: (can be configured according to customer requirements)
This machine has the function of embossing. Using the embossing die matched with this machine, the busbar with a width of 160mm can be pressed and pitted. The embossing size is 160mmx130mm, which has the characteristics of large embossing area. When installing the embossing die, it is only necessary to connect it laterally to the limit block by means of screws.
