1. Start the bus driver
(1) Close the air switch in the electrical box.
(2) Switch the key switch of "control power supply" to the position of "I", and the control power supply is connected. The "power on" indicator on the main panel is on.
2. Bus punching unit works
(1) Hit the "punching work" knob switch on the main operation panel to the working position, and the "punching work" indicator on the main panel will light up.
(2) Step on the pedal switch of the punching unit or the corresponding button, the punch will go down until the dead point switch is hit, and the punch returns to the lower dead point. If the pedal switch or corresponding button is released while the punch is descending, the punch will stop. At this point, if the pedal switch or the corresponding button is pressed, the punch continues to go down; If the "up" button on the punch unit panel is pressed, the punch head rises to the top dead center and stops.
3. Cutting unit of bus machine works
(1) Switch the "shear work" knob on the main operation panel to the working position, then the "shear work" indicator on the main panel will light up.
(2) Step on the foot switch or the corresponding button of the shear unit, the slider will go down until it encounters the lower dead point switch and returns to the lower dead point. If the pedal switch or the corresponding button is released when the slider is going down, the slider will stop. At this point, if you step on the pedal switch or the corresponding button, the slider continues to go down; If the "Up" button on the shear unit panel is pressed, the slider rises to the top dead center and stops.
4. Bus bending unit works
(1) Turn the "bending work" knob switch on the main operation panel to the working position, and the "bending work" indicator on the main panel will light up.
(2) Step on the foot switch or the corresponding button of the bending unit, and the slider will move forward until it encounters the front dead point switch and returns to the original state. If the pedal switch or the corresponding button is released when the slider moves forward, the slider will stop. At this point, if you step on the pedal switch or the corresponding button, the slider continues to move forward; If you press the "back" button on the bending unit panel, the slider returns to its original state and stops.
