1) Safety education implementation:

For the first time operating copper processing machine staff, must carry out strict safety education.

2) A qualified person in charge must be selected and appointed with the following responsibilities:

③Supervise the replacement and adjustment of punching die, bending die and shearing die.

④ Take the necessary measures when confirming the abnormality: check the work before starting the operation, find the fault of the equipment in advance, once the abnormality is confirmed, we must take the necessary measures or contact our company in time to prevent the accident.

3) Implementation of specific inspection: the equipment must be inspected in an all-round way every six months. If the inspection results are not good, please repair and make a good record.
