The aluminum bus wire should be coated with petroleum jelly (because the aluminum surface is easily oxidized, it is necessary to use petroleum jelly to separate the surface of the bus wire from the air), and then brush again with a wire brush. The contact surface of copper bus or steel bus should be lined with a layer of tin. If the tin layer is damaged due to flat contact surface and other reasons, it should be heavily lined. The method of tin lining is: the solder is melted in the tin pot, and the part of the bus to be lined with tin is leveled and brushed, and the rosin or welding oil is put on the pot. And then many times to pour the tin, when the end of the bus stick tin, you can directly put the end of the tin pot in the dip, and then take out with a rag to wipe off the excess. The thickness of tin lining layer is about 0.1-0.15mm.
